After being let down my some other trades people, I contacted JSR for a quote. Johnnie got back to me very quickly and organised a day to come and look at the roof problem. He was open and transparent about the job and got the quotes to me soon after looking. Apart from missing a text from me about sorting a date to do the work, Johnnie was responsive to messages and the work was carried out swiftly, just a few days later to a very good standard and reasonable price. Will definitely call on them again for any future issues! Thank you Johnnie.

Absolute pleasure from start to finish, early morning call as our roof was leaking, came out that morning identified the issues and had completely stripped and repaired the front section of our roof by the next day. Great communication, fair pricing and top customer service. Online portal showing invoices and exactly what work was being completed and the costs. Update photos sent as work was being completed. Already have them booked in for some more work on the house! Even sorted our overflowing gutters too! Thank you

It was a great pleasure working with Johnny and Ryan! They have provided us with a very honest quote. Make sure that we are tackling the right issues for our roofs and chimney, and explained very thoroughly what they will be doing to resolve our damp issue from the roof and gutter. Turned up very punctual and did a wonderful job. From the start to the end, we are very greatly satisfied with the service they provided!
